Smile - v0.31

We all love to use smilies, and sometimes they simply needed to display more vivid our feelings and emotions. Because the site they are few, we decided to create such an interesting project.

How the program works:
Smile posted on a special website created for this purpose. In the window with smilies you find you like smilies, and clicking on the joystick, select it. The program will automatically copy to the clipboard ready tag with reference to smilies, but you just insert it remains in place.

Additions in version 0.3.1:
1. Now the program is visible in the background to veterans axes.
2. Fixed bug with propadaniem indicators at 8.1 symbian.
